Hey there! We are the Springer Family. We live just outside of town and operate our 200 acre farm with our 7 kids. We have always been passionate about the food we produce and consume. We took this passion full circle when we opened this restaurant and have loved to see how it has taken off.

We love knowing that the food we are consuming is free from chemicals. As much as we can, we source organic ingredients to serve to you. While we do face challenges of organic sourcing of several things, we are constantly on the lookout for new places to source from!
Focus on Local
WE LOVE SOURCING LOCAL! In fact, we have an entire wall dedicated to it in the restaurant! We love how we can support other local families by sourcing local. Keeping the money local helps our economy greatly. We even use Organic Coffee Beans from Owly Coffee in Wadena for our Coffee Shop!
Kid Friendly, Pet Friendly.
While we do have a full bar, our restaurant is purposefully designed to be family friendly. Our kids are often here, and we believe that yours can be too. In the warmer months, our outdoor patio is also pet friendly!
